New Carbonated Beverage Line in Bamako
In 2025, King Machine Company completed another turnkey project in Bamako, Mali, delivering a
blowing filling capping machine line for Pap’s Juice. Designed for carbonated soft drink production,
this high-speed system integrates the latest automation and energy-efficient technology to ensure
reliable operation and consistent product quality.
The scope of supply covered the entire production process-water purification, beverage preparation, carbonation, filling, labeling, and film wrapping-along with supporting utilities such as CO₂ storage tanks, a steam boiler, air compressor, and industrial chiller. This all-in-one design helps the factory minimize operational costs and space requirements while maximizing productivity.
From machine installation to commissioning, King Machine’s engineering team worked intensively for two months, living and working together with Pap’s Juice’s local team. This hands-on collaboration not only ensured a smooth start-up but also enhanced the client’s technical understanding of CSD bottling systems.
Today, Pap’s Juice products are a household name in Bamako, and the company continues to grow thanks to its advanced carbonated drink filling equipment.
