King Machine’s 3D Layout Expertise Enables Efficient Air Conveyor and Bottle Blowing Integration in Russia
King Machine Company has recently completed a challenging installation project for KOMOS Group in Kazan, Russia,
involving a high-speed bottle blowing machine integrated with a custom-designed air conveyor system.
The factory’s low ceiling height and limited ground space made it impossible to install standard equipment layouts. Using King Machine’s advanced 3D design and modeling tools, the engineering team analyzed the plant structure and developed a split-level installation concept.

In this configuration, the rotary blowing machine was strategically placed on a lower platform, while the air conveyor was suspended overhead, allowing efficient bottle transfer without occupying additional floor space. The 3D model allowed the client to preview airflow direction, bottle path, and mechanical clearances before construction-significantly reducing on-site installation risks.
This project showcases King Machine’s continuous innovation in factory layout design and bottle blowing line integration, providing clients worldwide with flexible and reliable bottle conveying and blowing solutions.
