Two King Machine Filling Lines in Full Production
In December 2022, to meet the growing market demand, a beverage factory in South Sudan once again partnered with King Machine,
introducing two new filling lines. Both lines are now in full operation, achieving higher efficiency and product quality.
The first line is the 10-60-15 Blowing-Filling-Capping Combiblock, designed for carbonated drinks and beer, with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour. It employs advanced integrated control technology to ensure precision and hygiene.
The second line, the 32-6 Can Filling Line, runs at 15,000–18,000 cans per hour, featuring automatic cleaning, sealing inspection, and intelligent conveying systems.
With King Machine’s engineering team providing on-site guidance, the factory achieved a fast transition from installation to mass production. Today, consumers in South Sudan can enjoy premium beverages produced from these advanced lines.
